A: Rates for services vary depending upon the type, duration and location of the assignment. Armed and unarmed services differ in price. Both rates are available. We are happy to provide written estimates and always provide itemized invoices for services rendered.
Q: I am seeking the Lowest Bid. Why do Service Rates vary between different companies?
A: Quality Service! Beware of the lowest bid. Often you will find that the low bidder will sacrifice Quality in Service and Performance in the process. If you are seeking the lowest bid, please look somewhere else; if not, please continue reading.
The concept of “Security” is to Reduce and Manage Risk. Sometimes, the presence of security will do just that, but not always. You may be exposing yourself, or your client, to increased risk and liability while seeking the low bidder. Typically, the low bidder will use Untrained and Unqualified personnel to achieve the low bid. Do they have the appropriate Training, Experience and Insurance? Will they protect your privacy and Confidential Information? Do they have policies and procedures in place to respond to a missing child situation at public event or procedures to prevent underage drinking at social events? Any "bad press" resulting from poor planning can have serious impacts. Overall, the "Low Bidder" may cost you more than you expected.

Q: What is a Certificate of Insurance? Will your company provide one?
A: Yes, we will provide a Certificate of Insurance, upon request, as described in our Service Agreement at no additional cost.
Any legitimate company should be able to provide one.
The basic purpose of a Certificate of Insurance is to provide the “Certificate Holder” (the Client), with basic policy information and notice of any cancellation, or changes that may effect the policy of the Contractor. A ten (10) day written notice is common. The terms, and the method of notification, should be listed on the Certificate. If not, request the terms of notification to be listed in writing. It is important that the client know, in advance, of any changes to the policy that may effect the Contract or Service Agreement.
Hiring a Security Contractor without appropriate insurance coverage or a lapsed policy is foolish and exposes both parties to unnecessary risk.
A Certificate of Insurance is a document issued by an Insurer, it’s Agent or Representatives, detailing basic information of the coverage in effect at the time issued. The information should include the name of the Insurance Company, the policy number, the policy effective date, the policy expiration date, basic coverage information and policy limits.
