EMPLOYMENT WITH SSI:

It is the policy and practice of Solutions Security, Inc. (SSI) to select new Protection Agents and to promote current Agents based on qualifications only; without regard to Race, Religion, Color, National Origin, Sex, Age, Marital Status, Sexual Orientation, or Disability. 

The ability to meet all Federal, State, and/or Municipal requirements for legal work status is required. 

The ability to meet all Federal, State, and/or Municipal requirements to purchase and posess a Firearm is required.  (SSI makes no warranties or representations on accuracy of the data listed below.  City and County Regulations often change.  Always check for updated information and Regulations.)

Each applicant appointed to a position must meet all the requirements of that position. All Agents hired to perform any Security Operations within the City and County of Denver shall have a valid Denver Merchant Guard License and the ability to meet any Federal, State, or Municipal requirements to work as an Armed Protection Agent. Additional requirements may include, but are not limited to, successful completion of a Verbal and/or Written Examination, Background Investigation, Non-Compete Agreement, Non Disclosure Agreement, Drug-Free Workplace Policy Agreement, Drug Testing, Firearm Qualification Training, Medical and/or Physical Examination and other requirements as required.

A valid Colorado Concealed Weapon Permit (CCW) and Advanced Medical Training are highly recommended; both are required for most positions. Due to Advanced Training Requirements, we primarily hire graduates of the Advanced Executive Protection Program offered by Executive Security International (ESI), Military Veterans, and Law Enforcement Officers with relevant experience and training.
